After Paris - What Fiona Claire did next!
Fiona Claire presents a folk-pop-cabaret featuring her original piano and vocals that will take you from the inner Melbourne suburbs to the streets of Paris, across Celtic coastlines and mythology and back again.
If you've followed Fiona's journey, you'll know she yearned to sing in Paris - but what happens after your dreams come true? Can you really find yourself in a city across the world? Come hear what she discovered!
As well as piano, loops and soundscape, Fiona will be joined by Cat Kohn and Anne Eastaugh on strings and accordion to create unique musical layers of harmony and texture.
Dates: 12 - 13 Oct
Time: 5:30pm (60 minutes)
Venues: Speakeasy Theatre - Apollo
$20.00
Exploring identity, yearning and meaning, Fiona has traversed the genres of folk, pop and intimate cabaret and her new music is expanding to include subtle electronics and soundscape.
